HINS APPROACH TO STRATEGIC PROGRAM PLANNING, STRATEGIC PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION, AND STRATEGIC PROGRAM EVALUATION ENSURES COMPLIANCES AND DOCUMENTATION

HINS Program Professionals have developed, pilot-tested, and perfected a series of strategic program methodologies in which the planning stages goes far beyond the 'focus group approach' to meet the needs of our clients.  Our experiences indicated that most people in focus group tend to approach the task by using the part of their brains that controls intelligence, (the cerebral cortexes), with little or no emotion or instincts investments.

Our programming approaches utilize a strategic planning system (SPS) that stimulates the 'reptilian' portions of the brain, which are reputed to be hard-wired to initiate and sustain excitements, survival, emotion, instincts, and affability. Our SPS explores the conscious and unconscious meaning people assign and how they relate to a particular behavior, product, service, or relationship. In this process, our system:

  • not only investigates what our clients' desire as their end product, but also the wants, likes, and dislikes of their clients.
  • incorporates a 'buy-in' process that creates awareness, and ensures program success between our clients and the people they cater for, right from the planning stage.
  • utilizes various scientific methods to collect needs assessment information from various samples of those who will use the program (the audience/benefactors), the services to be provided (program/project/service) and other stake holders in such services (ground staff, community leaders, and other providers of similar services).

Combining our findings at the planning stage with existing secondary data, we employ our SPS to develop implementation, evaluation, compliance, and/or documentation protocol as per our clients' specifications.
