HINS VOLUNTEER AND STAFF CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
HINS will organize, evaluate, and provide capacity development programs for your organization. We have effective and affordable programs targeted specifically to:
- volunteer or paid board members capacity development
- volunteer or paid committee members capacity development
- volunteer/staff recruitment, screenings, and retention
- volunteer and staff relations
- volunteer/staff effectiveness
- volunteers' roles and responsibilities
- organizational structure, readiness, internal/external environmental culture.
Our staff have volunteering and working experiences with the American Public Health Association Black Caucus of Health Care Workers; Executive Committee of United Way Field of Aging Services, Department of Health Tuberculosis Advisory Board; Social Health Education of Greater Cincinnati Board of Directors; Ohio Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance; Wisconsin Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance; Black Male Coalition of Greater Cincinnati; Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Seven Rivers Regional Holiday Celebration; Program Committee of the National Council for International Health; Cincinnati Department of Health Community AIDS Task Force; La Crosse County Health Department Health and Education Committee, Wisconsin; and La Crosse County Area Health Initiative Tobacco-Free Coalition, Wisconsin.
Our rates are set to be affordable to non-profit organizations. Site visits, where required, can be organized within five working days. Depending on your requirements, our proposals will include a plan of implementation, evaluation, budget, compliance and documentation mechanism to meet grantors' requirements for either future grant proposal or/and end of program report. We also have the technology to provide staff and technical support, if required.
